Morton Schneider, M.D. (ret.)
Dr. Schneider was certified by the American Board of Radiology in 1974. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at the New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center. As an Associate Attending Radiologist at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, he previously held positions as Director of Uroradiology and Associate Director of Ultrasound and Body CT. He also was Director of Diagnostic Ultrasound at Downstate Medical Center - SUNY and Attending Radiologist at Kings County Hospital. In addition, Dr. Schneider held an academic appointment as Associate Professor of Clinical Radiology at Downstate Medical Center-SUNY. During his 14 years in academia, he lectured throughout the country on body imaging and ultrasound.
Dr. Schneider has been an examiner in Ultrasound and Body CT for the American Board of Radiology. He has co-authored a book on Pediatric Ultrasound, chapters on MRI and body imaging in several textbooks, and more than thirty articles on diagnostic radiology.
Dr. Schneider received his M.D., and was a resident at Downstate Medical Center-SUNY where he was Chief Resident of Diagnostic Radiology.
