Most examinations
can be scheduled with a single phone call.
We offer convenient hours including early morning, evenings,
and Saturdays for many procedures.
In order to make your visit to our
office as smooth as possible, our schedulers will obtain
information from you to avoid problems at the time of
the appointment. This will include information such
things as Name, Date of Birth, Social Security Number,
Phone Number, Address, Referring Physician, Insurance
Information, type of Examination, and reason for the
examination.
The appointment scheduler will give you
an appointment time and date. Certain examinations require
a preparation which will be given at this time as well.
Please notify our office at
least 24 hours prior to cancellation.
