Learning to use the Physician Portal and the ERMI App
Using the East River Medical Imaging Physician Portal and Mobile Application
You can login to the physician portal using the same credentials you use to open reports emailed to you. If you don’t have a login call 646 253-6888.
Physician Portal Home Page
The portal home page contains information about all of your patients at ERMI. You can find out when your patients have scheduled their appointment. After the exam is complete, you can view the report and see the images.
Finding Patients
Your Patients
All of your patients are listed on your home screen. You can search for them by scanning the list or using the search tool:
Your Colleague’s Patients
If you and your colleagues have been linked as part of a practice you can view their patients by using the provider drop down menu.
Other Doctor’s Patients
If authorized, you can view patients referred by other doctors. To search all ERMI patients select the “All Patient Search” radio button.
You can search for patients using a number of different criteria.
The Health Insurance Portability and Privacy Act (HIPAA) requires us to record access to patient’s records not associated with your practice.
Finding Patient Information
There are three buttons associated with each patient record.
Searches for all of the patient’s studies.
Shows the report for the displayed study.
Displays the study images.
