Normal Appearance

• Consistent thickness
• Fascicular architecture

Pathology

• Tendinosis
  • Hypoechoic
  • Thickened
  • Loss of fascicular architecture
• Tear
  • Partial/full thickness
    • Fluid (anechoic) extends into the tear
