Prostate MRI Imaging

3T multiparametric high resolution prostate MRI for the detection and diagnosis of prostate cancer:

51 year old male with elevated PSA demonstrated a right posterior base nodule with suspicious restricted diffusion and neovascularity(PIRADv2=4). Subsequent MRI guided prostate biopsy revealed Gleason 7 prostate cancer.
Images were obtained with a Discovery MR750W 3.0T wide bore MRI without endorectal coil for maximum patient comfort, state of the art technology, and unsurpassed image quality.
